I would start by flling with water then stocking a girlfriend and then add friends.
How do you plan on heating it? Electric, gas, passive solar, etc.? Are you planning on covering the pool at all with, say, a greehouse top, hard structure, or tent top?
The sand filter will likely have to be upgraded since the pool filter is designed for no bio-load. And, you'll have to cage the skimmer intake to prevent fish from getting caught in the intake and basket chamber. It would also be a benefit to raise the floor drain about a foot to prevent it from frequent clogs and use a pool/pond vacuum to clean out the large gunk.
With no chlorine to keep algae down, stringing out netted rolls of barley straw near the outflows will help keep the green down.

Lol I'm not gonna actually do this but this is a sweet fish keeping dream, like I said if it was adequate what would u guys stock and by adequate like heated and everything was ready to go all u gotta do is acclimation
Then add music and booze and install security system to record all the action then sell the footage to girls gone wild
After I got rich off my footage, I'd turn it into a piranha tank. Feeding would evolve baby farm animals dumped in whole with their necks skit to really get em in a frenzy
I used to worry about you, occassionally. Now, it's evolving into a career.
Since my wife would never allow me to stock that pool with hot babes, I guess I would just stock it with me, an inflated chaise, and a floating cooler(full of drinks)
