what would you breed in a 180g if you could?

I might have a 180g coming free in the next few weeks and i fancy doing a breeding project as its something i have'nt tried before. I fancy trying something a little more unusual than jags but not sure what to try. Any ideas from the more experienced guys here would be greatly appreciated. TIA

trimac was my first choice although i already have one in a community tank so might go with something different. I even toyed with the idea of trying to breed synspilla and trimac but i dont know if i want to go down that route. Chancho might look nice, im just spoilt for choice i guess, need to look round and see what takes my fancy. Any other suggestions?
