What would you consider my light rating

I have a standard 55 gallon tank (48x13x21) and I have a AquaticLife, Dual-Lamp, T5 HO, Light Fixture. The bulbs are : Roseate Lamp and a 6,000K lamp.

When I was at the pet shop, I didn't know what kind of lamp to get and he said to get this one. He told me it will grow all plants, even ones on the bottom.

What do you guys think?

If thats not enought info, in total it throws out 108 watts of power. And what I was wondering if this is a low, med or high light tank. I wouldn't mind growing some of each in it.
