Just wondering how to go about this, recently well about 2 months ago I was wandering around a local fish store and I noticed a tiger oscar (weird) and in the same tank I saw a oscar that was labeled as a "lemon ice oscar" it was basically a tiger oscar but white with stunning almost neon looking yellow "tiger" markings.
Now ive had it for about 2 months now and it has grown maybe 1-2inches BUT BUT BUT... the damn thing is now orange with black fins... just...like...a...normal oscar, and to top it all off I paid a abnormal amount for it!
I called the lfs today and asked about it and the rep asked me numerous ?'s and basically blamed the color change from the food that I feed them (New Life Spectrum, only because its uber hard to get Hikari)...
