So i know i want to make it a poly tank but other than that im unsure. Im pretty sure i want a senegal but idk what else. Im thinking 2 or 3 different species for this tank and maybe something like a few congo tetras or a ctenopoma of some sort but im really looking for some more ideas. So my question is which smaller species are your favorites and which/ how many would you put in a 30 breeder?
Alrighty, i figured because of the 36"-18" footprint it would be okay but i will use the tank as a grow out with the exception of a senegal. Im thinking a senegal and then a del, retro, or possibly a lap which can be housed in my oscar tank once big enough. Which of the three would be best suited for an oscar tank if theres any difference other than size?
Try to find some SB species. Albino sen, lapradei, endli are some of the common SB found.
IMO, a senegal need at least a 50g tank. More for other species like ornates, endli, palmas....
