what would you do with an empty 125

Hi everyone.

I was wondering what you all would do with an empty 125 gallon tank. I want central americans. This much I do know. But which way to go, community, wet pet, or pair/ small pairs. I can't make up my mind .

The tank is in use now but will be getiing cleared out as soon as i have a plan in mind. also it has 3 Aqua clear 500/110's on it with 2 300 watt heaters and glass tops.

so what would you do with this setup?

grow up a small group of Amphilophus xiloaensis until you get a pair. Add maybe some silver dollars as dithers and enjoy.

I would put maybe Severums (red, gold, roktiel, or greens).

My 2 Red Severums in my 90g are only 2", but they've already picked up on the fact that I'm the bringer of food and flock to the front of the tank when I walk by.
