its all in the video evidence it doesnt lie - i wouldn't give any officers any reason to peg additional charges on me it doesn't matter just cooperate and just deal with it later on with your lawyer if you feel you have a case against the police department. Everyone's human and makes a mistake. We all are entitled to make big mistakes now and then.

I dont know how many times people have used the hospital excuse on police officers. I have used the "I really had to go to the bathroom" after an all day volleyball tournament and was so dehydrated. Luckily I was pulled over by a cop that I have seen around town and he saw that I had 2 BIG water bottles empty and still had my volleyball uniform on. I was only going 5 mph over the limit in the residential zone and was almost 5 blocks away from home. I was very patient and he was patient I just explained my side that yes I was in a hurry however I really had to go as it just hit me 10 blocks ago.... he understood and just let me go. Its really up to the officer and his/her own judgement about the circumstances.
