WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE??

There are some aggressive cichlids that I really love, but unless the pair was absolutely astounding, I would prefer a large community tank over a large tank with just two fish.
Hmmm man thats a tough one but If I had to choose I would go with a pair of aggressive cichlids ( I would personally choose a pair or possibly a Trio of Trimacs)
Dovii are really awesome and very colorful but eventually would out grow the 180 but the rest of the fish you listed would be fine in it.
In the end its up to what colors you like, and what personality you like , if you want owner responsive fish I would choose trimacs or RD but like I said above I prefer trimacs
they are a very underated cichlid in my opinion just make sure if you want one to get one from a good source like Cichlid connection, rapps, Ira, cichlids of the americas dot com 
, to make sure you get a Pure bloodline and not a flowerhorn ( NOT that I think there is anything wrong with them )
