I guess the bottom line is what its worth to you ?? I've seen them for sale locally for $500 and thought that was crazy but you dont see them very often. I've never owned one nor will I, but they sure are a good looking

I guess when I find my albino RTC I'll have to ask myself the same question

They are beautiful...But my wife would KILL me if i spent that much on a fish! I was just wondering if thats what they go for or if this guys a chancer...Dont know anything about catfish...

they have one at my lfs for about that size at 200 think they just want to get rid of it as its prolly eaten its worth of feeders

If your in SoCal, All Happy Aquarium has one for $250 at 6 or 7" I think
