what wrong with my FH?

Not the best pictures, What is this hanging out of the abdoman of my FH female? Is there a such thing as Malawi bloat (an African Cichlid Problem) for SA or FH? This really concerns me my FlowerHorn is my favorite in the tank.

The males have a long skinny tube, that looks like a female like ayobreezie said. When the females are ready to lay eggs, their stuff drops...

what is the size of the tank of your. the first pic shows a tiger oscar. are they seem to be in good terms with the oscars?
