What ya think of this size Dat?

Not my Dat but it's in a 75 gallon and the person is selling it and I'm planning to put it in a bigger tank..
Just want to know how much this Dat would go for and he has the same bars on both side and pellet train.. I'm eyeballing he's 12"-13"

How much is she worth? I'm planning to buy it and the person is telling me to offer him
