Frozen silversides, frozen shrimp, frozen beef heart, frozen bloodworms (for smaller bichirs), Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets, shrimp pellets, and occasional earthworms.

I feedmy polys cut raw shrimp, earthworms/nightcrawlers, krill (freeze dry), floating/sinking pellets, algeawafers, crickets, frozen fish, smelt, and beefheart. also Frozen Discus Formula cubes.

Mine will eat just about anything. I feed mine Flake, frozen brine shrimp and krill, bloodworms, guppies.... and anything else I have sitting around.

They are really not picky eaters at all (at least the ones i have had aren't)

Mine isnt fussy at all, it was eating shrimp pellets about an hour after I got it [was in the bag for 2 hours driving home from LFS]. Also loves bloodworms and beefheart.
