It's some sort of Herichthys X Vieja/Paratheraps.

Most likely along the lines of cyano/carpintis X synspilium, as they're both quite common.

I think it has a touch of a Robertsoni kind of look to it....The face pattern looks like a sev, and the flowers, eye spot and vertical lines on the back half say Texas....But the color on the side is throwing me for a loop...That is why I said A. Robertsoni...I would have picked it up too...
