When I had my 8" puma (humerosa) ray it would try to pounce on my 8" weeksii. One day the weeksii turned around and bit the puma pretty hard. It didn't cause any damage though. I was worried my 10" endli would do the same thing. He is a big pig and loves to push his way under the rays to try and get the food that is under their disc. I figured nothing good would come of that. I just took both of them out and put them in their own tank.
