ok so today i went to this new petstore. when i was walking through the salt water fish section i saw a molly in there! i was like wtf!?!? am i trippen balls or is this for real? i looked at a different tank and there were several more molly's and 3 silver tip sharks in salt water too! hmm i never seen something like this before and it make me wounder how did this happen?

mollies and guppies can cross over between the two. also guppies can even survive in water 50% saltier then see water

in the wild many mollies live in full saltwater at the mouths of rivers that are a mix of fresh and salt.

if they are in salt water is it possible to like put them into fresh? or would you have to take it through stages from salt to brackish to fresh?

i would go slow, and give them a chance to adapt
