Whatever happened to the Occupy movement?

My friend is a cop in the city and he said from talking to some of the occupiers that they were getting tired of it. I guess once you realize you're not actually accomplishing anything, you tend to give up.

They probably realized the social temper tantrum wasn't working. And they would actually have to work hard in life to earn a living and nobody was going to give them a handout. Who would have thought

A lot of them are working on campaigns or for social justice causes . Protesting in the streets only gets you so far nowadays in America. You have to actually go out and engage people one on one for most people to listen.

Most of the people involved with the movement I know are working for NPOs now.

I Dont think they were looking for a handout ...just upset that "wall street"(the banks),keeps getting a handout no matter how bad they screw up the economy.
