Whats a good cleanup catfish?

Hello guys. I'm just wondering what catfish are good for cleanup with left over food. Can you name some. Cause some catfish are nocturnal and dont eat when you give food.

Problem is its max size is less than 6". It might be considered as food with other tank mates

My favorite is the synodontis/upside down catfish. I have an african featherfin in my 125 and he is always cruising around looking for food day and night. He is also able to hold is own pretty well against my cichlids one of which is a red devil.
