Floating pellets NLS, or Omega one for cichlids, also buy pellet size according to your O size. P personally I buy and use other brands as well so fish won't get bored of tht same foods.

Hikari Gold or Omega one (Sized for your fish smaller pellets create less of a mess), also work frozen peas into his diet. Mine loves Night-crawlers (from a bait shop not outside) and meal worms.

I use nls floating pellets, hikari gold, fd krill and also omega one shrimp sticks (not intended for him but he loves them)
Also soak the pellets in boyds vitechem

all good recommendations, stay away from tetra and marineland. HBH has a ok pellet, but whats recommended above better. may have to buy online.

Any of the top 3 that are mentioned on every fish site on the web; NLS, Omega One, Hikari. Just don't say one is better than the other, as that will start a heated debate and you can't go wrong with any of them.
