What's a Good UV Sterilizer?

What do you guys recommend as far as a good UV sterilizer for a 400+ gallon tank?

Both I would say, please elaborate what the difference would be in either case as far how large of a sterilizer I would need.

I use an Aqua UV Sterilizer on my 300 gallon and have no complaints... Also have a turbo-twist on a smaller tank and it works good.

You can get away with a lower wattage UV with a higher flow rate if you just want clear looking water. For actual sterilization you're going to want around 10 watts per gallon at 10gph per watt (for you, 40watts at 400gph). Since the largest common brand UV is 36 watts, you could probably get away with that.
