whats everyone feeding?

So my pbass are all getting to be about 10+ inches now. Cutting tilapia and peeling shrimp is getting old. They also take pellets and krill. It would be ideal to only feed krill and pellets but would be pretty pricey. So what are all you guys feeding that's easy, cheap, with little to no prep and isn't live haha.
Also if I kept feeding shrimp could I leave the shells on? I have heard there is a reason why ppl feed shrimp with the shells on...

Mine are being fed cichlid gold, carnivor pellets, food sticks, frozen blood worms and brine. But mine are 4-5.5inches.

Sounds like yours are already mainly on pellet-like foods. Very impressive

Actually the juvi mono I got from rich (oscarfishguy) taught my kels. So I guess Rich pellet trained mine!
