did a water change couple of days ago and noticed her slime coat was comming off yesturday now i notice she has white spots today. what should i do? no tank mates pick on her at alll... please help guide me on what u think i should do thanks!!!

the big spots looks like someone is picking on him when ur not lookin, but if his slime coat is peeling there is somethin wrong w your water.
do a full check and make sure there isnt anything rotting in one of your filters.

I would also guess that the white spots are bite marks. What are the tank mates? As far as the slime coat it could either be water quaility or stress.
Could be tankmates. Have you changed the feeding habits or added any new fish recently? This could have caused a behavioral change in your otherwise peaceful tank.
What size is the tank and type of filtration? What are sizes of tankmates, that is quite
a stocklist? Especially if it is a smaller setup. Could be the cause of the ammonia.

Sorry missed that there is ammonia. See if you can answer some of shadow's questions. Have you had any power problems or something that may have killed your BB in your filters?
