I was looking for my pH test kit today and I thought it fell behind the stand. When I went to check, there was a 4 x 6 inch wet spot on the carpet and a wet spot on the back bottom of the stand. I am really worried that my tank is leaking, but I couldn't not find any water spots to prove this (my tank is brackish so I would see the salt creep, I think). Could it be my HOB that is leaking? The reason why I am saying this is because the spot doesn't start until about 6 inches off the ground and there was no water damage on the top part of the stand. I am worried that my tank is leaking and I will have no way to fix it without tearing down the whole tank

The only other possibility is that the water was dripping from the bag of purigen that I have in the filter. The bag has a draw string that was hanging down about 5 inches from the top of the HOB and it was soaked but wasn't in the water. Please HELP ME!
