I pumped my tank with co2 last week and make the batch a little to strong... now i got this growing on my java moss thats close to the top water level. What can u do to get rid of it.

Looks like a type of green hair algae, remove what you can and try shading it for a while.
 
Maybe some spec of pleco will remove it?

Not a good solution. You are adding up the bioload. Best to stick manually and do the best that you can to contain it.
 
Algae removing "Tank Buddies" are sold at Wal Mart and most aquatics stores. However:
  • kills all plants
  • contains metals which kill invertebrates
  • you must remove your filter carbon
 
Will it vacuum off?

Will it come off with a toothbrush?

Remove as much as you can, then darken the tank and lower the co2 for a few days.

Or live with it, it's a good filter but it will kill the plant (usually).
