What's he worth? (Frontosa)

Moving my office this week and I've decided to change up my tank. This Front is in a 65 with a peacock and an CAE. I think he/she would be much better served in a group of Fronts as it is very skittish. So I need to know what to ask for it as this is the only Front I'd had at this size(9" to 10" including tail).

really depends on location, but a common burundi like that @ 10" would go for no more than 60 here.

Maybe $40-$50....he does have a screwed up mouth....might be hard to sell...nice looking Burundi nevertheless....

I agree, bit less cause of the mouth. That mouth problem was discussed recently on another forum and there is debate whether its from genetics or injury. The fear that its genetics will lower the price, by half i would think. So what ever you think he would go for with no mouth deformity halve it and that should be good. Around me that would be approx 25-35 even with the deformity.

if it was in good shape and nothing wrong with it i have seen them go for around 150 but usually around 80

Depends on where and how you get rid of him. If you get store credit somewhere you might get 40+ for him. Straight cash, hope for $30
