But you do know that there are very few Cuban gars being imported into North America, and, if I remember correctly, those Cuban gars are being imported by a single importer located in Canada. If my memory serves me right, the farm that supplies these Cuban gars can only sell so many each year, too, which further contributes to being able to keep tabs on their numbers on this continent.
Also, some of the packing material, e.g. newspaper, is in Spanish, so that definitely narrows it down to either two Cuban gars or two tropical gars in all likelihood (unless some Spanish-speaking country is breeding other gars).

).on a side note, they are breeding gator gars in Mexico as well as TPG...just in response to the other gars being spawned in CAmerica comment. i don't know of any TPGs being imported recently, so if they were two TPGs they would be pretty expensive (and from my previous experience and current understanding, they don't do really small orders like that).

I though there would be more guesses before someone got the correct answer. Yes I got two new cubans today.
These ones are not from Sol, they are from Below Water, but Sol if you plan on selling some I'm still interested. Are you planning on getting more cubans Sol?
Oliver has been importing a lot of cuban gars. Fom talking with him he said that the 200 cubans he had imported all sold again, but he was getting another batch. Also good eye on the newspaper, I didn't even notice that. I wish they were trops, I'll have to wait a little longer for those still.
Finally some pics of the gars, a irwini catfish I picked up en route, and the 4 niger catfish I ordered.
Edit: I guess I didn't get the irwini in the picture.

Tropical gars definitely should be imported some time soon! How can we make that happen?
