Freshwater Jellies! I wanna go collect some!

I saw that for Illinois and was like wow, I want a freshwater Jelly!

What is the different between collected and established? Do I have a chance of catching some freshwater jellies?

How? you are in Connecticut. Maybe someone found one there once. Someone found two 2 1/2 foot pacu in Colorado but most likely they wouldn't make it through the year. Bettas? How? Most people only have males.

Bored surfing the net and came across this site http://www.nisbase.org/nisbase/index.jsp

great link...I have been looking for the lakes that held the clown knives here.

I wonder what the process is that is required to get something on the list. It is fairly incomplete. The St. Johns River here is loaded with Java Talapia and there is no mention. My friend pulled a stingray out of there too. I also got a bunch of fw flounders out of there. Still, no mention on the lists.
