Whats in Your ThanksGiving Meal?

Thanksgiving is coming up, just wanted to know whats in your thanksgiving dinner! My gf will be with me this year for thanksgiving and she never really celebrated it before. so i wanted to give her a good experience (I do celebrated it yearly. but its not as extravagent as other people's). i got the classic turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and some random asian foods.

dead bird, Smoking 2, one in hickory and one in apple, they heading up the hill, wife's family likes to deep fry, and smoke prime rib. I think my smoked dead bird going to take the cake this year.

Ya we do steak and turkey and the regulars of course with wine/bloodys/beer. Try making something "normal" but put a nice kick with it. You can make some awesome stuffings of many different varieties. Oh man, now I just cant wait

Thanksgiving with a Packers night game with Favre getting retired should make for a good year.

Bird roast vege mash gravy. Whole roasted Salmon and vege caviar. That's it.
Did in October. Done with thanks giving .

Deer backstaps, pork ribs, roasted pheasant, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, apple pie from apples grown ourselves, rhubarb pie, green bean casserole, corn casserole, and a cheese and meat stick platter for watching football.
