A friend is selling a 16" wide bar dat in TX. I have no clue as to its value. What's it worth these days?

ask your friend if its a Pulcher? if he says not sure, then its likely to be an IT with 3 bars that he is trying to pass on as a Widebar/pulcher......
at 16 inch perhaps $350 ish.
If its a pulcher, I would consider paying $800 for a 16 incher.

if you are 100% sure its a pulcher tell your Friend to send me a PM i will tell him its a indo then you can just offer him $200 and you can walk away with a big

There is an 18" ST for sale down the street from me for $1800. Do I think he'll get anything close to that for it?... probably not. But he is selling it for that much.
I think most of the ST these days will go for $1000+ though. Anything cheaper is a steal in my eyes.
