What's my yellow lab fm holding in her mouth?

She's been in a hospital tank for 2 months now. She does have a mate which she has bred with numerous times but they seperated 2 months ago. Again her mate is in a completely different tank setup. What could she possibly have in her mouth? Just out of the blue I wake up and her buchal pouch is very stretched out. She's been rearranging the gravel all day long but not like this. Her only tankmate is an asian bumblebee catfish. She's maybe 2"-3".
