no dude not dyed, picked up a dozen of these guys and one of them looks like this,
noticed this only day before yesterday

check for regular julidochromis marlieri and compare pics

if you mean by true picture, not photoshopped or not used any fancy lights then yes
i doubt this was a result of cross breeding.
