if the fungus cure isn't working maybe go to Polyguard since it might be hard to determine what the cause is. My guess is if neomycin isn't working thenn it's a fungal infection - I can't see how this would be any type of parasite, but that's why I love Polyguard - it treats for all 3 of them.
You're probably right though, that looks like fungus if I ever saw one - surprised she isn't growing mushrooms on her

Me too, it didn't have that typical cottony fungus look. More like marshmallow fluff.
