Whats on my tire track?

Has anyone seen this before?Know what it is?What do i need to treat with?
Looks like a piece of fishing line and theres a white circle where its attached.

Certainly looks like fishing line!
Whatever it is I would guess it's been swallowed and has worked it's way out through the wall of the intestine. Have you felt it or tried pulling it out?

it does look like fishing line...
