One of my female guppies has been acting strange and had a long white string coming out if its anus for a while, it recently dissapeared but now the anus/womb? area is all red and manky. It looks like excuse the terminology a testicle has grown out of the area except all shrivveled up. Im not sure what it is but hopefully you can help.
