what's the Best algae eater for big tank

So I have been doing aquariums for quite sometime now and I have always used Common Plecos for almost everything. Now I have Monster 240g African tank and the Pleco which is about 6in isn't really doing a good job. I would like to replace him with something else that would make a better cleaning crew. I have heard of Chinese algae eater are good but not sure. Any advice would help thanks

Siamese algae eaters. Get a few of them, pretty feisty and really quick.

Question is how will the far with African cichlids?

That's why I mentioned they are fast and they should do good. They are pretty feisty and would freak any slow, more docile fish I put them with.

Get yourself a Gibbyicep Pleco. aka sailfin
They don't seem to ever stop eating algae even when pushing 20"...
quite nice to look at and can live with african's...
