Probably the Poly section
ok so what is the best species to breed for feeders? we where thinking maybe convicts and swordtails in a 20 long. is that good?

Probably depends what you're feeding them to, but convicts reproduce like rabbits. :) I've heard it can take a couple months for them to get to a good feeder size though (1"-1.5"). My convict fry are just starting to free swim now so I'll find out before long. ;)

ok, then i will do the convicts as a main feeder and swordtails or platys as a secondary feeder, since they grow faster. and i am feeding them to my cichlids

What are your cichlids? A lot of cichlids IME won't eat convicts.

i am gonna have jd, blood parrot, ornate pim catfish, and ebjd, thoose are the only ones that will eat the feeders, unless geos eat feeders?

I don't think any of those will eat cons unless they are tiny fry. Go with pellets or seafood instead, as they are more of an omnivorous fish than a carnivorous fish anyways.

i agree.

Mate, if u wanna feed live, feed ghost shrimp, brine shrimp and bloodworm.
Gut load the shrimp too if u want.
U don't need feeder fish to feed live.

It's cheaper too. Build yourself a bs hatchery.
