What's the best quality food for Sa/Ca cichlids

I see all kinds of different types of food people use to feed there cichlids. I want to know what's the best everyday food for them?

agree with the above guy bbut to answer your question, i feed hikari products to all of my fish. i dont have sa cichlids but do have africans.
