My Tem's are eating Massivore Pellets, but what would be another good sinking pellet that i can give them instead of always doing the Massivores$$$$$........Thx in Advance.

the sinking bio gold is ok, but i have all my pbass except azul on flaoting bio gold plus and it has help their color alot and they love it

Stick with hikari. I use bio gold +, and cichlid gold. Also, you can try cocktail shrimp, and mine love that. All you do is defrost it, cut it up, then toss it in... that is all my azul eats.

Xtreme has a 9mm that my tems love. NLS is coming out with a 10mm soon. My tems will also eat NLS 3mm sinkers, but they're a foot long and the 3mm is a bit small.

Looking forward to that new NLS pellet. It's supposed to be well priced too I hear from a guy who's going to be selling it.

My big fish also eat sinking wafers. Omega veggie rounds must taste great because I've never had a fish refuse them. They're not all veggie either, but I would prefer them to take the NLS wafers since they're a little better nutrtionally. All do very well except for one large dovii who only eats them grudgingly. Wafers aren't as soft as pellets, so the palatability can be a little less appealing.

Raw market shrimp is often the cheapest way to really pack on the weight, but keep offering pellets too for a better nutritional profile.

NLS pellets are awful. Xtreme are even worse. omega pellets are the biggest scam on the american market. they have a government grant to dispose of wastewater fish caught in alaska. the "whole halibut" and "whole salmon" are actually whole carcass's.

stick with hikari.

they are the only company with no BS out there

i agree. hikari rocks, i use floating bio gold for my pbass also, my monos love it my orinos wont touch it though lol

Thanks for the scientifically based opinion there!

Oh well, more people drive Fords than Ferraris!
