So during the summer in MN, the water is often in the high 80's to low 90's in lakes in the shallower regions. And there are often alot of sunfish in those regions. Do they handle the higher temps well? Im especially interested in dwarf sunfish in the future. Thanks.

I keep my green sunfish at around 80 and it has no problems. Very active and eats everything that hits the water.

yup my blues, suns and LMB are set at 85 and they are happy. if they see me coming, they start jumping around .lol

i've got 3 in my 40 gal at 86-88 and theyre fine. I see no problem

cool thanks for the info guys! i only keep my tank around 80-82, so it sounds like they might work. no pygmy sunfish up my way, but id probably order them from jonahs or something.
