Just wondering if anyone can give me more information on... What is a NGT. What are the sizes from Wide Bars and Thin Bars. And what if any is the diff from tai thin bars and just thing bars?

NTT-THinbar
NGT-New Guinea(MOst aggressive normally)
ST-Widebar(Most expensive/prized and most commonly sold incorrectly)
AT-AMerican Tiger-Silver Dat
IT-Indo Dat,( MOST COMMON, right now at least)
All Dats can attain a MAX size of atleast 10 inches, and widebars can get HUGE 20".
What about mixing? I was thinking of maybe a widebar and some thin bars or is that a bad idea... maybe 2 of each?

No, not a bad idea at all. I think most of us on the forum mix a lot of our dats with other species of dat. The hardest part will be finding an ST...without having to take out a second mortgage on your house to pay for it.
If you want the ultimate example of mixing dats...take a look at some of sinister J's pics on the forum.
To give you an idea of some of the dat tanks I have...One tank of 10 ITs (little guys), One tank with ATs, NTTs, and NGT, One tank with NGT, IT, AT, and one tank with AT.
