What's the difference between Osteoglossum Bicirrhosum and Osteoglossum Vandelli????

I saw in the list they are both silver arowana! Why it have two scientific name?

Vandelli? thats new to me! bicirrhosum and ferrereis are the only two I know of.

They are both the same species although O. Vandelli is no longer valid. Someone thought they discovered another South american Arowana so they named it O. Vandelli, but someone already made the discovery first and the valid name is O. Bicirrhosum for the silver aro.
