what's the differences between P.aethiopicus congicus and P.aethiopicus aethiopicus??

i have kept 6 aethiopicus, ranging from juvenile (5-6 inches) to growng size ((30 inches)and have found that they look different in shape and patterns

so i would like to know what is the apparent physical differences

pattern, adult size, and body weight are going to be your 3 main differences in the 2 sub-species u'll have to wait on Grif or E-americanus to chime in for more detail

from what I have seen ..is the PAC more slender and the PAA has a more stocky body.
the PAC fins seem to be a lot longer. and there is ofcourse the patern. and it also looks like there is a difference in where the anal fin starts.

but it comes as no surprice that all 6 of your lungfish look different within one species they all seem to have their own caracteristics.

Do you still have these lungfish?
If so..post some pictures.
