I wanted to know the growth rate and If there is a way to increase it size fast before i can put it in a bigger tank.. Any spefic food ? Gonna put it in a 30g, before i put it in a 55g.

I got mine about 5 months ago when it was 4-5" long. He is in a 180 with a Eheim 2260 and an Eheim 2217. I fed him crickets when he was small, probably 20 or so a day.Now he is about 10-11" long and I feed him 4 nightcrawlers aday. He wont touch anything frozen except chunks of bloodworms, wont touch rosies much, but loves nightcrawlers
Mine is growing at approx 1/2-3/4 inch per month. he eats anything, feeders, crickets, worms, pellets, carnivore sticks, etc. I thing a varied diet and great water conditions will increase growth rates.
