Wow, that GT grows slower than my dwarf cichlids. Why don't do you try to deworm it to see if that helps. What size of tank do you have and how often do you do the water change?
I would have to dig to find the post but I bought a 1.5" GT/GS 3 months ago and he is at least 4" now. What size tank/filtration/water change sched./food? Thier is a definate issue somewhere.
They do grow slow but I think there might be something wrong with the fish if it grew that slow. Unless you have it in like a ten gallon with NO waterchanges. That is a little unbelivable unless it is stunted majorly.
