whats the longest youve kept a fish?

i havent been in the hobby too long so my oldest fish(syno cat) has been with me around 3 1/2 years.

if you have pictures share them! i love old fish.

i have no good picture of my catfish. he hids all day long and always has lol

My family currently has a koi that's been alive for 46 years but I don't have a picture since its located on the other side of the world

back in the day we had some sw fish puffers , seahorses mostly we didnt keep these in the same tank
we had both for around 5 years

fast forward to current times keeping gars for over a year had more before we relocated but when we moved to had tank most of the tanks down

also have kept crayfish for several years too back in the day

all together been keeping fish off an on over the years for at least 15 plus years

also currently raising some bowfins up amd hoping to get some more longnose from a member on here
