Whats The Minimum Size Tank You Would Keep Your Aro In?

Hey Guys/Gals

so im just thinking of the future af my jar, right now he is in a 3ft and then going into a 180gal next week,what tank do you think will be able to hold him for life? and also the miniumum tank size for a jar?
and also some of the other aro's e.g
black
green
silver
asian
or any otheres i have missed (probably lots), any infomation would help.thnx in advance!

yes there certainly is alot of info in all kinds of threads. but atleast with this thread other people like me will come to this thread to find out some sizes that are recommended, other than filtering through alot of threads for bits and pieces.

I like 240's personally but wider tanks are even better. something along the lines of a 8 x 4 x 2....

The 180 will be good for a while, but with jardinis, turning can be an issue. Because they are built like a tank, they don't have the flexibility that the silver and black aros have, so you have to get that extra wide tank if possible.

I'm moving my aros into a 240, but I hope to go bigger once we find a house later this year.

I have my Jardini in a 6'x30"x24" im sure it will last a long time but im yet to decide if it will last forever....

i was origonaly gonna go a 8x2.5x2.5 but im not aloud to get one yet, so im just sticking with the 6x2x2,and plus i dont have that kind of dosh layin around.next year i will have it though, so i'll see if i can work something out.
