What's the problem with my FH ???

Hi guys and happy new year for all
Week before I bought a new hybrid FH male and he doesn't want to eat pellets at all

I have used Starvation method but without any results
It's active, but sometimes afraid of me
Sometimes hides behind the filter
I notice it swims upside down but not continuously
It's not bloated and have normal stool
The fish ate just once frozen shrimp
Water temperature 30 C
Water parameter very good

Is there any solution to the feeding problem

water parameters? was the tank cycled, any tank mates? decor tank safe as in not leaching chemicals? do you know what it was fed before?

Water parameters:
NH3 / NH4 = 0
NO2 = 0
NO3= 1 ppm

Tank cycled and it is alone in the tank

It was fed pellets also

Today he refuse frozen shrimp + very nervous , and i notice like gray patch in his head

I think that is beginning of HITH

Tom its very hard to take a clear pic of the affected area,the fish is very stressed and hiding and not to eat for 9 days now
