Ok my aro is pretty good about not jumping during normal tank hours, but when it comes to cleaning hes like a frog I'm very slow and not making any sudden moments is there some secret to it?

How long have you had him? I tend to find that after a while my fish become habituated to clean outs, unless I mess with decorations etc.

About a month and a half, I got him at 6 inches now hes about 9 inches. Will he continue to grow like this? Becuz hes growing super fast it seems like over night.
He will settle down with time. Just be careful, and don't leave more lids open than you have to at any given time when you clean the aquarium. And yes, he will grow like a weed until he reaches somewhere between 15-24", then his growth will slow down dramatically and he'll begin to pack on some girth.
