i figured lets play a game and see what kind of names people give to their fish

start it off:

rope fish - henry
tiger oscar - mavrick
albino tiger - 1 stinky 1 punk
midas/rd - peaches
mystery baby that showed up one day - duce :WHOA:

theres more im lazy :)
 
I just call all my fish "BLEEPIN' Fish" or "Buddy" depending on my mood and how they are behaving (ie killing tankmates, splahing water on the floor, etc. etc.)
 
"he" "she" "him" "her" "illegitimate child"-not as polite about it tho. But my Girl and my sister have them named, so i have the list near the tank so i can pretend to know the names. ill post her names for my fish layta, i dont feel like walkin down stairs
 
I had names for mine but when I moved them there personalitys changed. killer became wimpy. he is a small JD and now that he's the smallest in the tank he hides in an ornament tht oly he can fit in. he's growing and its not as easy for him to fit in it so im waiting for the day I have to break it to get him out. My ray who I Named Bob (GF named him Ray how original) came to a tragic fate on moving 2 days ago. My BP's are named big red. squirly and Ed. my sharks are named Rover (cause he follows me like a dog always on the same side of the tank I'm on) and Spazz (self explanatory. those are the only named fish I have

Zebra Mantis Shrimp - Freddy K

I dont really name all my fish but sometimes a name just sticks and I go with it

not a fish but my new Burmese Python - Marley
 
Red Oscar - Chilli
Spotted Synodontis - Kipper
Bristlenose Plec - Tiny
4 x Tinfoil Barbs - Ami, Chris, Nunez and Darren (nope dunno if they boys or girls but hey)

Angelfish- Michael Angelo
Turtle- Nelson
Plecostamus- Paco, Jose, Jesus
Betta- Trill II and Stella
