What's this bud on my plant?

I've had this plant for a year and never noticed anything like this. It's a bit yellowish, and seems to be getting taller.

None of my cuttings from this plant seem to be doing this, otherwise it wouldn't strike me as odd.

Any clues?

You mean the anubias? If so im pretty sure its flowering... In other words the plant must be doing quite well...

Mine has 5 of them..but I've never seen what comes after they do they're thing..it's like they just stop growing the flower?? Did yours open
