What's this on the eye?

Ich can cause assoc eye changes like cloudy eye. This looks a little different. So suggest stop with feeders if ur able to get it onto pellets. If not then see if u can breed ur own. Or get feeders and qt and treat with
Salt, MB and feed food soaked in vitachem.
Please post ur water parameters.
Up ur heat and salt. Slowly increase heat to 89 degrees about 1 degree per hour. If getting worse then treat with quick cure and prazi together in a qt tank. Thats my suggestion. Maybe the bass pros can help and ask
